You can track your order in a few ways using our Track Order Portal!

1. Use your email and order number on your receipt or customer account.

2. Use the tracking number that is sent to you once your order has been fulfilled.

If you have more than one product in your order, we recommend using the first method as you can see all packages in your order at once.

Sometimes it's hard to figure out which item you want to most! So why not let others be your guide?

Is your order not quite right? No worries - we offer 15 day change-of-mind returns from the date of delivery!

If your order has been damaged in transit or you've received a faulty item, please get in touch within 15 days from delivery so that we can make things right.

To request a return, simply email us at support@luxienz.com with your order number and item(s) you want to return to start the process.

Waiting for that beloved tracking number is never easy! All of our orders have a processing time of 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday).

Once your order is processed, we'll fulfill your order with a tracking number and you'll receive an email with all the details!

Please note that during peak periods such as holidays, sales, or other unexpected circumstances, order processing times may be longer.

We offer FREE standard shipping within 14 days of fulfillment on all orders - no minimum spend, no exclusions!

If you have a special day or need for your item quicker than this, contact us and we'll try our best to organise a quicker delivery if we can, at extra cost.
